About the role This is a highly people-focused role where no two days are the same. As a Funeral Arranger, you will work closely with families to guide them through the planning and coordination of funeral services. It is a role that requires emotional intelligence, professionalism and the ability to balance care with strong organisation and administration. What you will do You will meet with families, build rapport quickly and support them through the arrangement process with care and sensitivity. You will coordinate end-to-end funeral services, manage legal documentation and liaise with internal teams to ensure every detail is handled seamlessly. You will also be part of a rotating roster that is mostly Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend and after-hours work. What you will bring Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to support people in sensitive situations Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly Highly organised with strong administrative and attention to detail skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and professional way Industry experience ideal, or a strong background in customer service, healthcare, aged care or similar people-focused roles A genuine passion for helping people and making a difference What's in it for you!
