What You’ll Do Pick up the phone and have conversations with people who’ve already shown interest in what we do Use simple scripts (we’ll train you fully) to qualify them and book meetings with our Buyer’s Agents Keep track of calls and follow-ups in our CRM (don’t worry, we’ll show you) Work closely with the sales marketing team and bring your best energy to the office every day What We’re Looking For: A confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone A positive, resilient attitude: you bounce back when things don’t go your way Coachability: you want feedback, you act on it, and you get better fast Hunger: you want to win, grow, and make a name for yourself No experience required.
