This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. Part-Time Concierge Sales Consultant Guardian Childcare & Education Some sales roles are about pushing product. This one is about helping families make one of the most important decisions for their child with clarity and confidence. At Guardian, we are looking for three part-time team members to join our Concierge Team. We want people who know how to build trust quickly, lead a conversation well, and move families to a clear next step. This is a phone-based sales role with genuine commercial accountability, but it is not a hard-sell environment. Families come to us looking for care, safety, education, reassurance, and the right start for their child. Your job is to understand what matters most, guide them clearly, and help them take the next step with confidence. Just as important, this is a role where the product matters. You are not selling something you need to “talk up.” You are representing a service that families genuinely care about and that you can feel proud to stand behind — safe care, inspiring learning, strong family partnership, and a great start for children. That is exactly why this role needs someone who can combine warmth, judgement, and commercial strength. Depending on business need, shift pattern, and your strengths, you may work across inbound calls, website enquiries, tour bookings, rebook activity, post-tour follow-up, post-offer follow-up, and future-start or waitlist activity. Internally, the operating model assumes shared inbound with clear stage ownership, rather than a rigid silo. What you’ll do Speak with families at different stages of their enrolment journey Respond to inbound enquiries with warmth, confidence, and urgency Book and rebook tours, including helping families commit to a time that works Follow up after tours and after offers to keep momentum moving Understand what is driving the decision for each family Make clear recommendations based on the family’s needs and stage Keep notes clean, handoffs strong, and next steps clear Work closely with centres so the family experience feels joined up What success looks like Families feel guided, not processed You ask good questions before jumping into explanation You know how to create momentum without sounding pushy You can handle hesitation and still move the conversation forward You are responsive, organised, and strong on follow-through You care about customer experience and commercial outcome equally You are comfortable being measured on quality, responsiveness, and results That lines up with the internal standard already set for the team: fast response, better discovery, personalised recommendation, direct asks for commitment, and clean handoffs. What we’re looking for You may have come from contact centre sales, enrolments, admissions, customer conversion, retail sales, service-led sales, or another role where phone conversations, follow-up, and moving people to a decision mattered. We’re looking for people who: Build trust quickly Communicate clearly and naturally Know how to ask for commitment without pressure Stay calm and sharp in a busy environment Are commercially minded without losing empathy Follow through properly Want to be part of a team with higher standards and stronger coaching Why Guardian: Guardian is built around giving children and families the best possible start. This is meaningful work in a role that combines care, quality, trust, and commercial discipline. You will be joining a team that is lifting its standards, strengthening its sales capability, and building a clearer care-sales model with stronger coaching, stronger ownership, and room to grow. The team’s internal direction is to move families forward with care, not just manage enquiries. Apply now and become a valued member of our childcare family!
