Position Available : Driver Trainer Location : Rockhampton About the Role: Our Rockhampton depot is looking for a passionate Driver Trainer to join the team. You will be capable of working independently within the National Driver Trainer team while creating strong working relationships with our depot supervisors and operational employees. This position is required to work Monday to Friday with occasional travel to other depots, as required. Key Responsibilities: Work in cohesion with the National Driver Trainer Team. Create strong working relationships with our Rockhampton depot employees and supervisors. Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees to Centurion. Provide guidance and learning to current employees. Complete assessments for recruitment candidates. Maintain employee training compliance. Skills and Experience: Current MC Licence, highly desirable Cert IV in Training and Assessing or working towards completing one. Previous experience delivering classroom training & in-field engagement. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows Sound verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders Why Join Centurion?
