The role: Are you passionate about coffee and looking to be part of a thriving coffee business? Join us as a Production Assistant in our state-of-the-art roastery, where you’ll play a vital role in creating exceptional coffee experiences. You’ll be responsible for: Machine packing and hand packing Carton packing coffee and correctly stacking pallets for distribution Operating and maintaining the ICA packing machine Communicating coffee bean volumes for additional roasting to Roasters based on pack list information Managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment Completing necessary documentation and performing general manufacturing tasks Collaborating effectively within the production team This is a part-time, casual position, 30 hours per week, ideally across 4 days with flexibility as needed and may include weekend shifts from time to time. About you: We’re seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic individual with experience in production and machine operation within the FMCG space. You’re attentive to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are known for your reliability and “can-do” attitude. Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills are essential, and you adapt quickly to change while upholding quality and safety standards.
