The Consultant role exists to support the delivery of experience-led adoption, helping ensure that change, training, and enablement activities are executed to a high standard and aligned to how Workday is configured and used. As a Consultant, you will support Adoption & Experience engagements by delivering change, training, and enablement activities under the guidance of more senior practitioners. You will contribute to high-quality deliverables, support user engagement and training, and progressively build confidence in Workday-specific adoption approaches. Key Responsibilities: · Support delivery of adoption activities across change, communications, training, and enablement workstreams. · Develop high-quality deliverables such as job aids, training materials, communications, and in-system guidance content. · Support training delivery, workshops, and user engagement sessions. · Apply Adoption & Experience standards, templates, and playbooks consistently. · Build understanding of how Workday configuration impacts user experience and adoption. · Support adoption measurement activities (e.g., surveys, data preparation, dashboards) · Contribute to internal initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Education and Experience Requirements: · Foundational understanding of organisational change, learning, or enablement concepts. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Attention to detail and commitment to quality. · Curiosity about digital adoption, user experience, and Workday · Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment · Change, learning, or HR-related study or experience desirable.
