You will partner with sales leadership to design learning experiences that build skills in discovery, value selling, and deal execution. We connect global enablement strategies with local market needs to accelerate field performance. Responsibilities Partnering with ANZ sales leaders to assess skills gaps and designing quarterly enablement plans aligned to regional revenue targets and business priorities Delivering training programs through live workshops, on-demand courses, and coaching sessions that build competencies in discovery, demos, negotiation, and value selling Collaborating with product marketing and partner teams to create region-specific content that equips account executives and sales engineers for customer conversations Driving adoption of sales methodologies and AI-powered tools that improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and productivity across the ANZ field Measuring program effectiveness through performance metrics, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement of enablement initiatives What We're Looking For Bring 3 years of sales enablement experience with a track record of training high-performing sales teams Apply knowledge of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDPICC or consultative selling approaches Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Communicate proactively and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels Use enablement platforms (Seismic), CRM systems (Salesforce), and learning management systems Demonstrate direct field sales experience in the ANZ market Design and deliver training programs in high-growth technology environments Leverage AI-powered sales enablement tools and value selling technologies (ROI calculators, forecasting tools) Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
