Your responsibilities include: Managing inbound customer calls with confidence and care Booking vehicle glass repair and replacement appointments Clearly explaining solutions and value‑added products Building trust through professional communication Working collaboratively within a stable, established team This role focuses on quality conversations , not cold calling. Training & Support You’ll be set up properly from day one. 4 weeks of full‑time paid training (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) Structured onboarding with clear systems and processes Ongoing coaching and mentoring A mature, supportive contact centre environment Plus: all‑day breakfast onsite and a down‑to‑earth team culture. About You You don’t need glass industry experience — transferable skills matter most .
