Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is looking for a commercially minded Credit & Finance Account Manager to be the primary link between TFA and our established network of dealership clients, helping them optimise performance, improve customer outcomes, and maximise finance and insurance opportunities. How you’ll make an impact Own and grow a portfolio of dealership relationships, driving performance and long-term value Be the go-to trusted contact for all dealership enquiries and support needs Deliver structured, high-impact engagement plans to ensure consistent and proactive coverage Lead onboarding and accreditation of Business Managers to set them up for success Coach and influence dealer teams through training, insights, and performance feedback Drive finance and insurance outcomes in line with territory budgets and KPIs Identify performance gaps and implement targeted, practical improvement strategies Your attributes Strong foundation in lending or financial services (essential for immediate impact) Proven relationship management skills with strong commercial acumen Confident communicator with executive presence and influencing capability Experience working within dealer networks or franchised environments (highly regarded) Ability to coach, influence, and partner with diverse stakeholder groups Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Life at Toyota & What we offer you We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
