Full-Time Office Manager - Wake Up Sydney (Millett Group) Job Summary: Wake Up Sydney, part of the Millett Group, is a well-established hospitality and accommodation business located in Sydney. The business provides accommodation services along with food and beverage offerings to a diverse range of domestic and international guests. We are seeking a full-time Office Manager to oversee administrative operations and support the efficient day-to-day running of the business. This role will be responsible for coordinating office systems, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficient administrative systems and workflow Coordinate administrative functions including record-keeping, documentation, and office systems Manage staff rosters, leave records, and provide general HR administrative support Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to support business operations Monitor office expenses, process invoices, and assist with budget tracking Maintain office supplies, equipment, and coordinate facilities management Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records Assist in implementing and maintaining workplace policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Handle general enquiries, correspondence, and day-to-day administrative matters Support management with reporting, scheduling, and operational coordination What We're Looking For: Relevant qualification At least 1 year of relevant work experience in an administrative or office coordination role - Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs and priorities How to Apply: 11 Recruitment is here to help you take the next step in your career.
