Based in Perth, the role will be responsible for sales (budgets and personnel management) across a select range of products for defined territories and/or accounts Key Responsibilities Develop a high performing sales team through mentorship, performance planning and ongoing guidance Contribute to the development, implementation and achievement of sales plans and budgets Identify and develop strategically beneficial relationships with key clients, partners, industry, and government bodies Present and sell Micromine’s solutions to new prospects in the specified region Represent Micromine at industry events Travel as required; domestic, international and mine site About You Mining industry experience Knowledge and understanding of Micromine, its products and services Minimum 5 years of strategic sales management experience Demonstrated successful sales record Relevant sales methodology training Relevant tertiary qualification Why Micromine?
