Job Description The Key Account Manager (KAM) is the primary commercial and relationship lead for Montu’s prescribing partners and clinic groups. This role is responsible for driving adoption and growth of Montu’s technology ecosystem, platforms, and product portfolio by aligning solutions to partner and patient needs. The KAM builds trusted partnerships, supports digital enablement, and delivers sustainable commercial outcomes through increased platform usage, prescription volumes, and long-term partner engagement. The territory is WA SA with occasional travel to SA required. Commercial Performance & Growth Drive commercial uptake of Montu platforms, brands, and product lines, including increased UMeds usage and prescription volumes. Conduct partner needs assessments to identify opportunities and tailor solutions that improve clinical and commercial outcomes. Deliver forecasting, account planning, and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making. Support new partner acquisition in collaboration with Leafio KAMs and manage effective transition from deal to ongoing account management. Achieve agreed activity, meeting, and sales targets through disciplined execution of structured sales processes. Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Partner Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic groups. Act as the central liaison between partners and Montu, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution. Provide high-quality ongoing support in collaboration with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction and retention. Support leadership initiatives related to partner performance, business development, and long-term relationship growth. Product Expertise & Education Serve as a subject matter expert on Montu platforms, products, and innovations. Educate partners on product benefits, clinical applications, and appropriate usage to support efficient prescribing and improved patient outcomes. Communicate the value of Montu’s technology-enabled solutions using insights, data, and evidence-based messaging. Support the development and execution of education strategies for key prescribers and healthcare professional communities. Operational Excellence & Collaboration Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all partner interactions, forecasts, and activities in CRM systems. Provide regular, high-quality reporting on sales activity, partner performance, market insights, and feedback. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, design, logistics, customer support, and leadership teams to deliver partner-focused initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, partner experience, and commercial effectiveness.
