About the role As an Employee Relations Advisor , you will play a key role in supporting leaders across the business with employee relations case management and advice. Working closely with stakeholders, you will provide practical, compliant and technically sound guidance across a wide range of ER matters including performance management, investigations, disciplinary action and terminations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help leaders navigate complex people issues, interpret industrial instruments and employment legislation, and manage risk while achieving fair, consistent and timely outcomes. This role offers exposure to a diverse and dynamic ER portfolio and the opportunity to contribute to strong governance, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation. This is a 12-month, maximum-term, full-time contract that can be based in our Alexandria NSW or Brisbane office with hybrid working arrangements. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee relations case management across the business Provide advice on ER matters including investigations, disciplinary action, termination and non-work-related illness or injury Interpret and apply employment policies, Awards, Enterprise Agreements and relevant legislation Coach and support leaders through formal and informal ER processes and meetings Build strong stakeholder relationships as a trusted ER advisor Identify and manage ER risk, ensuring consistent and compliant outcomes Contribute to the development and maintenance of ER procedures, guidelines and documentation Qualifications & Experience Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience in an ER or HR Advisor role with hands-on case management Working knowledge of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Australian employment legislation Ability to manage complexity, analyse issues and provide practical solutions Strong communication skills with confidence engaging leaders at all levels Benefits Our total remuneration is competitive.
