We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Fraud & Scam Management Platform—balancing security, compliance, and customer experience. What You’ll Do Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals. Oversee discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement, using customer insights, data, and regulatory requirements. Prioritise and deliver features with cross-functional squads using Agile practices. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including risk, compliance, and governance. Drive continuous improvement through metrics, experiments, and stakeholder engagement. Proactively identify and address risks, ensuring products meet compliance and governance standards. Work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive outcomes. What We’re Looking For Proven product management experience in complex digital/tech environments. Understanding of APIs, data flows, analytics, and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams. Strong written and verbal skills for presenting to senior audiences and managing diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of fraud, scams, payments, or financial services is highly desirable. Understanding of the Scam Prevention Framework (SPF). Strategic thinking and decision-making skills: Ability to analyse complex, ambiguous situations and make informed, timely decisions.
