As a Territory Manager – Peripheral Intervention , you’ll take ownership of the Gold Coast territory , working across hospitals to grow BD’s Peripheral Intervention portfolio. This role suits someone with a strong clinical background who is confident in hospital environments and enjoys translating clinical conversations into commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with interventional specialists, cath lab teams, nursing staff and procurement, building trusted relationships and driving product adoption. Your Day‑to‑Day As a Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets and growing BD’s presence across Peripheral Intervention accounts. Your day will include: Driving adoption of BD’s Peripheral Intervention portfolio across Gold Coast hospitals Building strong relationships with cath lab, cardiology, interventional radiology and vascular teams Delivering product presentations, clinical education and in‑service training Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and target accounts Developing and executing territory plans aligned to quarterly sales objectives Supporting tender and rate‑contract opportunities where required Monitoring competitor activity and market trends Maintaining accurate CRM records, call plans and sales reporting Managing consignment, boot stock and capital equipment in line with policies Working closely with Sales and Product Managers to maximise territory performance This is a field‑based role with strong clinical engagement and hands‑on territory ownership. About You You’re clinically credible, commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously in a hospital environment. You’ll bring: Experience in medical device sales , or a strong clinical background with exposure to interventional settings Clinical experience in cath lab, cardiology, interventional radiology or vascular environments (highly regarded) Strong communication and influencing skills Confidence presenting to and engaging clinical stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage a territory and achieve sales targets Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities Experience with CRM systems and MS Office A proactive, customer‑focused approach Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the territory Why BD?
