You will play a key role in driving project success by converting enquiry into sales and delivering exceptional outcomes for developers and purchasers alike. We are seeking someone who: Has experience in project marketing and off-the-plan sales, or is a high-performing residential sales agent ready to transition into projects Has outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities Thrives on achieving and exceeding revenue targets Is highly organised, proactive and self-motivated Understands investor and owner occupier psychology Can confidently interpret floorplans and apartment layouts Tech-savvy and confident using sales technology to drive performance and efficiency Skilled at building long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and referral partners.
