An exciting opportunity is available for a Sales Associate – Internal Sales to join our Intermodal team, supporting customer growth across our national network. What You’ll Do Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you’ll support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth by: Engaging customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions Responding to enquiries and delivering a high-quality customer experience Generating leads through outbound calls, referrals, and database prospecting Managing customer information, opportunities, and sales pipeline within a CRM system Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support sales outcomes What You’ll Bring 1–2 years’ experience in internal sales, outbound sales, or a call centre environment Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to prospect, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience desirable) Motivation to learn, grow, and build a long-term career Transport or logistics experience is desirable but not essential Why Join Us?
