The Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Payroll Advisor with strong SuccessFactors knowledge to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. You will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely payroll services while supporting system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors payroll modules End-to-end payroll processing for a large and complex workforce Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders Drive process improvements and contribute to payroll transformation initiatives About You Proven experience in a Senior Payroll position Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (essential) In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What’s on Offer Immediate start with a 6-month contract Opportunity to go permanent Supportive and collaborative team culture Competitive hourly rate If you are a payroll specialist with deep SuccessFactors expertise and are looking for your next contract opportunity with long-term potential, apply now.
