Melbourne, Sydney Wealth Management Contract or Temporary A leading financial services organisation is undertaking a strategic platform migration initiative to transition domestic client accounts and data into international investment and client relationship management (CRM) platforms. This contract opportunity has been created to support the data migration and compliance verification phase of a multi-year transformation program. The successful candidate will support KYC and client data verification processes, conduct document reviews, and facilitate account migration activities onto international investment and CRM platforms. The role will also provide frontline support for queries relating to Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and migration processes. Responsibilities: Execute end-to-end data and document verification checks for client accounts undergoing platform migration, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of KYC data before and after migration. Review and validate client onboarding documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. Assess AML risk scenarios and escalate matters to Financial Crime or Compliance teams where required. Respond to frontline queries regarding process requirements, documentation standards, and account-specific information. Provide support to advisers and client service teams on KYC documentation requirements, account-specific queries, and migration process clarifications. Proactively manage and follow up on in-progress cases to ensure timely completion and resolution. Maintain checklists, workflows, and documented procedures to support migration activity and compliance standards. Ensure timely and accurate updates to project tracking tools and reporting requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, compliance, and project teams to support a successful migration process. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and assignments within the broader Account Management Team mandates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience. 1–3 years of relevant experience within financial services. Prior experience in KYC onboarding, account remediation, or periodic review processes is highly regarded. Strong understanding of Client Identification Program (CIP) and KYC requirements within Australian regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated knowledge of AML/CTF obligations relevant to wealth management or financial services clients. Experience in client onboarding, periodic reviews, or KYC remediation within the financial services sector. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review complex documentation, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with advisers, client service teams, and senior stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment while managing competing priorities. Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to take ownership of individual workloads. Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Comfortable learning and navigating new technology platforms and CRM systems.
