Competitive salary based on experience High-quality, architecturally designed projects Stable pipeline of work and supportive team environment About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our construction team, delivering high-end residential homes and light commercial projects. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate, competitive estimates and supporting projects from early design through to tender and construction handover. Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work Complete material take-offs and labour costing Source and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers Assist with budgets, feasibility studies, and variations Support the transition from estimating to construction About You Proven estimating experience in high-end residential and/or light commercial projects Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines Confident communicator and team player Skills & Experience Trade background, construction management, QS, or equivalent experience Proficiency in estimating software and Excel Ability to interpret architectural and engineering documentation Knowledge of WA building processes and regulations is highly advantageous Familiarity with the local WA subcontractor market is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience High-quality, architecturally designed projects Stable pipeline of work and supportive team environment Please call Chad Ojales on 0467 657072 or simply hit APPLY NOW.
