About the role: Work closely with respected Brisbane partners across complex commercial disputes, insolvency and banking litigation matters. Be involved in corporations law disputes, complex insolvency matter s and banking and finance litigation for a strong national client base. Take on meaningful responsibility across strategy, drafting, client contact, negotiations and court facing work, with the support you need to step up. The ideal candidate: Have 4-7 years’ experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency. Solid technical skills and the ability to manage matters independently. Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction and strategic problem-solving.
