The Role Working closely with Partners and a strong base of business-owner clients, you’ll be involved in a diverse range of matters, including: Advising on high-value M&A transactions Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts Due diligence and transaction documentation Capital raising and investment structuring Shareholders’ agreements and corporate structuring Joint ventures and commercial arrangements Business restructures and entity management (companies, trusts and partnerships) Franchising matters Corporate governance and general advisory work You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering practical, commercially focused advice that directly supports clients’ growth and success.
