Duration: 6-month contract opportunity (potential to extend) Location: Hybrid, Sydney CBD About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join the Avant Finance Marketing team. This is a hands-on role suited to a marketing generalist who enjoys working across content creation, campaign support, event coordination, and project administration.You will play a key support role in delivering a wide range of marketing initiatives including coordinating activity across campaigns and channels, supporting the production of marketing materials, and ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Key responsibilities: Providing administrative and project support across multiple marketing programs and campaigns Assisting with the creation and production of marketing materials and collateral Coordinating and supporting marketing events including conferences, webinars, and trade shows Supporting and managing search engine optimisation (SEO) initiatives Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support marketing delivery Key skills and experience required: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing 1–2 years’ practical experience in a corporate marketing role Basic understanding of email automation platforms (e.g. Braze) Experience supporting digital and brand campaigns Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills Experience in the medical or financial services industry will be viewed favourably but is not essential.
