Your new role As an Insights Analyst / Marketing Campaign Analyst, you will provide end-to-end analytical support across marketing campaigns, partnering closely with marketing and customer teams.Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the full campaign lifecycle, from campaign design through to post-campaign analysis Measuring and evaluating campaign performance, effectiveness, uplift, and ROI Delivering customer insights across acquisition, retention, engagement, and value Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards for marketing and senior stakeholders Working with large datasets across multiple enterprise data sources, including SQL-based environments, Teradata, AWS, and internal platforms Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights and recommendations Engaging and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: 4-6 years' experience in insights, marketing analytics, or customer analytics roles Proven experience working within marketing teams or customer intelligence functions Strong background in measuring marketing campaign performance and effectiveness Advanced SQL capability for data extraction and analysis Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as Teradata and AWS Strong dashboarding and reporting capability using Power BI Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to clearly communicate insights A commercial mindset and attention to detail What you'll get in return A contract opportunity within a high-performing customer intelligence team Exposure to large-scale marketing initiatives and enterprise-level data environments The opportunity to influence marketing strategy through data and insights Strong stakeholder visibility across marketing and customer functions A fast-paced, collaborative environment with a clear focus on impact What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
