The Role Based out of our North Sydney offices, we’ve created a new and exciting job opportunity for a Senior Procurement Specialist to build procurement capability across Pepper Money. Extensive experience in procurement, project, or category management. Exceptional skills in negotiation, influencing, organization, and project management, with a solid background in the technology sector. Proven track record of managing change and thriving in a growing, complex business environment. Natural talent for building collaborative and effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership and people management abilities; while you won't have direct reports, you'll leverage these skills to influence and guide stakeholders effectively.
