The Opportunity We’re looking for a Partnerships Specialist to help grow and elevate Universal Store’s influencer and PR presence across Australia. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of influencer, creator and PR initiatives that build brand awareness, drive cultural relevance and deliver standout content across our channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the wider Marketing & Digital team and be hands‑on in nurturing creator relationships, managing gifting programs, events and campaign activity. Key responsibilities include: Planning and executing influencer and partnership strategies aligned to brand and campaign goals Researching and identifying on‑brand influencers, creators and emerging talent Managing influencer gifting, PR seeding and contra partnerships using our partnerships platform Briefing influencers on content requirements, deliverables and timelines Coordinating influencer collaborations, content usage and rights Supporting influencer events, launches and brand activations Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, talent managers and agencies Monitoring youth culture, fashion trends, social media and competitor activity Tracking campaign performance and reporting on reach, engagement and results What we’re Looking For This is the perfect role for an enthusiastic marketer who understands influencer culture, loves building relationships, and wants to grow their career in a fast‑paced, fashion‑forward environment.
