As the network continues to expand, ensuring new Franchise Partners are successfully onboarded and set up for long-term success is a critical priority. The Role Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring new Franchise Partners transition seamlessly into the business—from initial engagement through to successful launch and early-stage performance. Key responsibilities include:- Act as the primary point of contact for new Franchise Partners throughout onboarding Develop and manage structured onboarding programs including training schedules, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional support across operations, marketing, supply chain, finance, and IT Support franchisees through business setup requirements including licensing and compliance Oversee procurement of materials, inventory, and tools in line with budget expectations Track onboarding progress and ensure milestones are achieved Maintain accurate records and onboarding workflows Provide ongoing support through launch and early-stage trading Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and partner experience The Candidate This role is ideal for a highly organised, people-focused professional who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment.
