The Role Provide superior service, deliver appropriate solutions and drive positive outcomes for a large portfolio of Asset Finance customers. Identify risks, analyse data and drive compliance. Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts Monitor the status of customer accounts and respond to general inquiries Negotiate repayment arrangements Identify financial hardships and work with other teams to provide assistance Liaise with external stakeholders Assist with skip tracing and escalations About You The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in secured or unsecured debt collections or customer service within financial services. You preferably gained this experience in consumer or commercial lending. Experience with hardship assistance and an ability to identify sensitive customer situations is desirable. You have a passion for stakeholder management, and strong communication and customer service skills. You understand dispute resolution procedures as well as relevant legislation and regulatory framework, such as NCCP and the Privacy Act.
