Talenza has been engaged to source a Business Analyst to join a high performing team Business Analyst - Wealth Role Overview Location: Sydney Office attendance 50% Salary: $130k-$140k base super for a multi year fixed-term contract Lead and support business analysis activities across complex transformation initiatives Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements Help shape and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business goals Contribute to end-to-end project delivery across trading and investment service platforms Strong experience as a Business Analyst within financial services Knowledge of Wealth Management products, such as: Custodial services Managed funds Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) Superannuation and pension products Investment platforms and wrap services Demonstrated success working on large-scale transformation including migrations Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Jira, Confluence Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights (citizen or PR).
