This is a newly created role for a growing team. This opportunity will suit a dynamic individual who thrives working in a fast-paced legal environment. Experience within a transactional practice area (such as Corporate or Financial Services) will be highly regarded. Key responsibilities Coordinating communications and relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders Overseeing efficient file management and document organization Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments Handling billing processes, time coding, and preparing detailed reports Organizing comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation Required skills and personal attributes Outstanding organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently with limited supervision High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related software Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients At Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.
