An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Projects group, supporting a busy partner and a small team of lawyers. This role will be well suited to an organised and skilled administrative assistant who can prioritise and work autonomously. Key responsibilities include: Supporting partner to meet deadlines and ensure the smooth running of the practice Diary management Billing, time recording, expense management and reporting Preparation of correspondence, emails and other matter related documents Assisting with telephone enquiries and ability to develop relationships internally and externally Matter management including opening and closing files, archiving, electronic filing Assisting with event management and travel bookings Required skills and experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role Excellent organisational and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Advanced knowledge of CMS Aderant Expert or other finance related software Advanced knowledge of NetDocuments or other document management software.
