They are seeking a Lawyer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract (with potential extension). This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of regulation, investigations and administrative law , within a collaborative and purpose-driven legal team. The Role Reporting to the Principal Legal Officer, you will manage a varied and intellectually engaging caseload, including: Handling internal reviews and external appeals (RAP & QCAT) Preparing submissions, briefs and legal documentation Assisting with hearings and supporting senior legal staff Advising on procedural fairness, natural justice and regulatory frameworks Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements This role offers strong exposure to administrative law, regulatory decision-making and tribunal processes . About You You will be a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer who enjoys working in a structured, regulatory environment.
