We sit at the intersection of healthcare and AI — one of the most impactful spaces in tech right now. The role: As our SDR, you are the engine room of our growth. You'll be the first point of contact for specialist practices across Australia and New Zealand — breaking through the noise, educating practices on the power of AI documentation, and booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executive team. This is a high-energy, high-activity role that blends strategic research with relentless outreach. What you'll be doing: Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalised emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities Conduct in-person flyer drops at specialist medical suites to build local brand awareness Identify and qualify new specialist practices against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Book qualified meetings and demos for the AE team — your core KPI Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot to ensure clean data and seamless handoffs Continuously test and optimise messaging, subject lines, and outreach cadences to improve conversion Who we're looking for: A hunter mentality — you're not afraid of the phone and you treat rejection as part of the process Highly organised with the ability to manage 50 daily touches without letting leads slip A collaborative team player who works closely with AEs and CSMs to keep the pipeline healthy Genuinely excited about the intersection of healthcare and AI Comfortable with CRM tools and committed to data accuracy Career path: This is a proven launchpad role.
