GENERAL MANAGER Construction Materials Importing, Warehousing & Sales Warriewood - Northern Beaches A well established, family owned business specialising in the importation and distribution of high quality European construction materials seeks a capable and experienced General Manager to take full time responsibility for the day-to-day running of operations. Based in Warriewood, this is a hands on leadership role within a busy and growing company of approximately 10 staff. The successful applicant will work closely with the business owners and assume overall responsibility for operational performance, team leadership, and continued growth of the business. Duties will include: Oversight of daily operations including warehousing, logistics, and distribution Management of sales and customer service functions Coordination of procurement and international suppliers Monitoring financial performance and controlling overheads Supervision and development of staff, ensuring accountability and efficiency Ensuring compliance with all relevant import, customs, and biosecurity regulations The successful applicant will possess: Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally within construction materials or a related industry is essential Experience with European suppliers or technical construction products is necessary.
