In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to a diverse range of corporate and commercial clients. What’s on offer Competitive market salary Flexible working arrangements (including WFH options) Salary sacrifice options Discounted gym memberships Regular social events and a supportive team culture Reward & recognition programs Genuine career progression opportunities What you'll be doing You’ll work across a diverse range of high-quality matters, including: Corporations Act and Australian Consumer Law PPSR and secured transactions Sale of businesses Share sale agreements (including earn-out arrangements) Complex shareholder agreements and trust structures Employee share schemes Company secretarial work Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements What we're looking for 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements and transactions Thorough understanding of corporate and commercial law, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to delivering high-quality, commercially-focused legal advice Our client Our client is a respected and growing commercial law firm located in the heart of the CBD.
