About the Role We are seeking two Chefs to support daily kitchen operations. The roles involve preparing and cooking menu items, managing sections during service, and maintaining consistency in food quality and presentation. You will work as part of a kitchen team, contributing to efficient service delivery and maintaining established kitchen standards. Positions: Chefs x 2 Location: 3059 Frankston–Flinders Road, Balnarring VIC 3926 Salary: $76,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and service standards Manage a kitchen section during service and ensure timely food output Assist with food preparation, portioning, and plating Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes Monitor food quality and adherence to recipes Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Assist with stock rotation, storage, and inventory control Minimise food wastage and support efficient kitchen operations Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth workflow during service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen Skills & Experience Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or a related qualification Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant full-time work experience Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good time management and organisational skills How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
