About This Role Your new role: Education As the Nurse Educator for MAPU and the Secure Unit, you will lead nursing education initiatives that build capability, support clinical excellence and strengthen patient outcomes across the service by: Designing, delivering and evaluating evidence-based education programs for nursing staff Supporting clinical teams to apply contemporary medical and cardiac nursing practice Coaching and mentoring nurses across all experience levels Working with Nurse Unit Managers and clinical leaders to identify learning needs and develop targeted training Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, research and professional development Supporting simulation-based education and interdisciplinary learning opportunities About You You are an experienced and motivated nursing professional with a passion for education, workforce development and improving patient care outcomes, with: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) Experience in clinical education, training delivery or workforce capability development Strong knowledge of contemporary medical and/or cardiac nursing practice Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills The ability to lead learning initiatives and support a positive team culture A postgraduate qualification in nursing or education (or working towards) highly regarded Check out our quick tips and application essentials!
