The role of the Payroll Integrity & Assurance Analyst undertakes key data review and analysis of payroll integrity processes to support implementation and maintenance of standard practices across the branch; monitors control effectiveness; and identifies training and/or enhancement requirements. As The Payroll Integrity & Assurance Analyst You Will Collaborate internally regarding payroll integrity requirements; monitor and recommend related process improvements and standardisation; and identify related training requirements Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of payroll integrity requirements and contribute to the provision of sound internal advice and recommendations Identify, develop and deliver payroll related training to support quality assurance and payroll processing standardisation Promote and support effective teamwork oriented towards customer services by understanding and respecting the roles and responsibilities of all QSS team members within payroll services and across the organization Participate in quality assurance activities that uphold the integrity and compliance of the payroll system, including involvement in the creation and monitoring/analysis of payroll reports Applications to remain current for 12 months Occupational group Accounting and Finance Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
