Asset Manager | $100k–$120k Super Vehicle | Epping NSW Travel We’re partnering with a growing property organisation to hire an Asset Manager to take ownership of a large and expanding asset portfolio across NSW. This is a data-driven, systems-focused role —ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working with high-volume asset registers (11,000 assets, growing to 20,000). You’ll be based in Epping , with regular site travel across Sydney, the Central Coast, and regional NSW. What You’ll Be Doing Managing and maintaining a large-scale asset register Ensuring data integrity, categorisation, and naming consistency Producing asset reports to support planning and maintenance Conducting site audits to validate asset data Working closely with facility managers, maintenance teams, and contractors What We’re Looking For Experience with an asset management system (essential) Strong Excel and data management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working across large asset volumes Willingness to travel across NSW (including occasional multi-day trips) ⚠️ Note: This is not a facilities management role—focus is on asset data, systems, and reporting.
