The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role supporting a team of technicians across Melbourne, primarily working within commercial high-rise buildings, retail environments and large commercial facilities. You will play a key role in driving team performance, supporting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities, while remaining technically involved in service and maintenance work. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of technicians Support overflow service, maintenance and breakdown work Diagnose and resolve HVAC&R system faults Quote repair and replacement works and identify new opportunities Assist with business growth and new client targets Liaise directly with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery Build and maintain long-term client relationships Prepare accurate service reports and documentation Set the standard as a senior technician and team leader You will be empowered to build your team, strengthen client relationships and benefit from incentives for work you help secure. About You You are a motivated and capable leader who enjoys working in fast-paced commercial environments and leading from the front.
