The Role As Centre Director, you will lead with confidence, clarity, and consistency, setting the standard for excellence across every aspect of the service. Your key responsibilities include: Team Leadership & Development Recruit, mentor, and lead a strong team of educators. Build a culture grounded in accountability, professional growth, collaboration, and wellbeing. Operational Excellence Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and organisational policies, maintaining high-quality operational performance. Educational Leadership Drive curriculum quality and pedagogical practice, supporting educators to deliver meaningful, consistent, and high-quality learning experiences. Culture & Community Engagement Build strong relationships with families and the wider community, creating a trusted, inclusive, and welcoming service environment.
