The Opportunity Our client operates a regional cafe 7 days a week and remains busy due to it's community and location. The selected candidate will be playing a hands on leadership role for a small team. Everyone at this business is trained to switch between making coffees and serving customers, to basic food handling and preparation for display food. You will be playing a supporting role to the General Manager, helping with team training, POS updates, shift management, and operational updates as they arise.
