The Opportunity The Concierge / Receptionist will play a key role in shaping the overall workplace experience, acting as the central point of contact for guests, employees, and service partners. This position combines customer service excellence, workplace coordination, and event support to ensure a welcoming, professional, and highly functional environment. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, visitors, and employees Deliver a hosted arrival experience, anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless visit Act as the main point of contact for enquiries, wayfinding, and general assistance Manage front desk operations, ensuring the space is always clean, organised, and aligned with premium standards Coordinate meeting rooms, including bookings, set-ups, and post-meeting resets Support catering and food & beverage services for meetings and events Assist with workplace operations, including floor checks, supply management, and issue reporting Coordinate deliveries, mail distribution, and stationery supplies Support access control processes and liaise with security where required Assist with contractor coordination and on-site inductions Contribute to financial and administrative processes, including invoice tracking Support emergency procedures and act as a warden if required About You The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and highly personable, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
