As a small local provider, we are dedicated to being compassionate therapists and fierce advocates for our community. We’re on the lookout for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a contractor, you have the flexibility to set the times and days you want to work. As working parents ourselves, we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. About Our Clients We work with adult clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including neurodivergent participants and autistic ADHDers, people with psychosocial, mental health diagnoses, progressive neurological conditions, and intellectual disabilities. We predominantly support an NDIS caseload. About You A Bachelor (or Masters) of Occupational Therapy. 2 years experience. AHPRA registration. Current professional indemnity insurance, working with children check and criminal history check. Willing to obtain a NDIS Worker screening clearance. You have access to a vehicle to attend community sessions. You care about delivering client-centred strengths based intervention with clients, in a neuro-affirming way. You value autonomy and flexibility in clinical practice, having confidence in clinical decision-making. You are ready to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families.
