About the Client Our client is a specialist chemical solutions provider supporting a wide range of industries including mining, construction, food production and water treatment. They manufacture and supply high-quality cleaning, hygiene and treatment chemicals, along with tailored solutions such as custom blending and chemical management services. What You Will Be Doing Working Monday 5am - 1:45pm and Tuesday to Friday 5am - 1:15pm, you will be operating chemical processing equipment. Your duties will include: Operating chemical processing equipment - run mixers, separators, boilers, distillation columns and filtration units to maintain production flow Monitoring process conditions - tracking temperature, pressure, flow rates and reaction conditions to ensure safe and efficient production Adjusting controls - regulating equipment settings to maintain optimal production parameters and product quality Conducting inspections - does routine checks to help detect malfunctions and ensure equipment reliability Performing preventive maintenance - does clean, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, coordinating repairs when needed Testing materials and products - sample raw materials or finished products to verify quality and safety standards Recording production data - log operational data, lab results and process conditions for compliance and reporting What You Will Need Drivers Licence reliable transport Forklift ticket Previous production work (advantageous) What's In It For You?
