About the role In this role, you will play a key role on overseeing both production and on-site operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality custom cabinetry projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities for the role Responsible for the quoting, estimating and ordering of matertials for custom jobs Providing the details of jobs won to the wider team Skills & experience Qualified Cabinet Maker Experience in the field of melamine joinery, whether it be from Office furniture, shopfitting, or kitchen manufacture Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret precise measurement and specifications Excellent problem solving skills Must have an eye for detail and be able to produce high quality work Ability and willingness to supervise and mentor apprentices Saw bench experience Edgebander experience CNC experience Sound knowledge of hardware and ordering would be an advantage Benefits All in shed work, no travel required to site. Regular hours Monday to Thursday 7am -3.30pm and Friday 7am -1pm.
