About the Role: WorkPac are currently seeking a Manufacturing Production Worker to join a team based in Kewdale. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position on a morning shift. The role involves operating a basic welding machine and assisting with general production tasks, with the opportunity for ongoing employment. What You Will Be Doing: You will be responsible for operating a basic welding machine, placing poles into the machine where automated tack welding will occur, and removing completed items before preparing the next cycle. You will also be required to complete occasional hand welding tasks as needed. The role involves maintaining workflow efficiency, following safety procedures, and ensuring a clean and organised work area.
