Customer Information Administrator 6-month Contract Sydney-based Hybrid Arrangements The Role Our government client is seeking a Customer Information Administrator to support the accurate management of legal orders and customer information. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality records and ensuring information is recorded, stored, and managed in line with legislative and organisational requirements. Key Duties: Accurately record legal orders, applications, correspondence, and related documentation into relevant customer information or records management systems. Ensure information is managed in accordance with applicable legislation, records management standards, and organisational procedures. Meet agreed service levels to deliver timely and reliable information to internal and external stakeholders. Conduct routine data quality reviews and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate and complete records. Provide requested information to support subpoenas, information access requests, and other regulatory or legal processes. Contribute to data quality and improvement initiatives designed to enhance customer outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Key Capabilities: Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, records management systems, or similar databases. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. The ability to manage time effectively and meet service delivery targets. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with vulnerable customers, including people with disability and their families. Knowledge of relevant records management, guardianship, tribunal, or administrative legislation.
