We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage UX projects end‑to‑end, coordinating designers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements. Key Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end delivery of UX and digital experience projects, from initiation through to closure. Establish and manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with MACS project governance, reporting, and assurance requirements. Prepare and present clear status reporting to project, program, and governance forums. Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and project forums as required. Experienced required: Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering UX‑led or digital experience projects. Demonstrated experience managing multi‑disciplinary delivery teams. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design requirements. Experience delivering projects in Agile or iterative environments.
