The Opportunity: Working directly alongside the Head of Digital & eCommerce, this role will support on the end to end development of CRM and Retention strategies. You'll craft, develop & execute cutting-edge EDM & SMS campaigns, driving customer engagement & loyalty and keep the brand one step ahead of the wider market. You'll be hands on with mapping out customer journeys, data segmentation and building out new flows, in both a strategic & executional capacity. You'll work directly alongside eCommerce & Performance Marketing team members, working together in a tight-knit, cohesive team, to shape out the end to end customer journey, from acquisition, through to retention. Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on: Demonstrated experience in CRM, Email Marketing or wider Digital Marketing & eCommerce functions, ideally within a Retail Fashion environment Strong knowledge of shaping, developing & executing high-performing EDM & SMS campaigns Hands-on experience with Emarsys, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform The ability to work in both a data-driven, analytical capacity, as well as supporting on shaping the creative Experience with reporting on campaign performance and the ability to identify key trends and new areas of opportunity A strong track record in driving an uplift across customer engagement, CTRs, CVR & revenue from Email channels A passion for customer engagement and crafting campaigns that keep audiences coming back!
